This activity explores the theme of knowing oneself. It focuses on identity and future orientation, as well as defining personal standards and expectations for serious relationships, marriage and family. This activity involves the creation of a colorful life map depicting one’s past, present and future to help participants get a sharper view of themselves—who they are and who they hope to become. It will also help them to identify potential supports that can help them reach their goals.
