Question: How do I use this digital product (turn the page, go back to the table of contents, etc.)

Answer: We have developed two documents to help understand how to use this digital product. The first document (click HERE) is a one page visual guide that you can print out to help you remember what all the symbols mean and how to navigate this digital product.

The second document (click HERE) provides a little bit more detail in how this digital product works.

Question: How do I print a worksheet?

Answer:  Click on the download button that is to the left of the lesson.  Choose the worksheet file that you want to print and click on it.  This will download the pdf file onto your computer where you can open it and print it.

Question: I am having problems logging in.

Answer: Here are a few things to check.

  1. Is your Internet browser current? Older versions of Internet browsers may not work properly.
  2. Are you already logged in on another computer or internet device like a tablet? If you switch computers you will need to wait at least 20 minutes before you can log in on the new computer. Please remember that when you purchased your license you agreed not to share your account with anyone else.
  3. Have you disabled your Internet browser cookies?  You must enable your Internet browser to accept cookies to view these products. Do a Google search for enabling cookies for your Internet browser and follow the instructions.

Question:  I can’t see the content on the webpage.

Answer: You need to make sure you have the most current version of the Shockwave Flash and Adobe plug-ins. Visit for further assistance.

Question: I am having problems with the pdf files on my iPad, Iphone or other apple products.
